ZimQi lets AI assistants help run Australian field crews. Its MCP server and REST API manage sites, crew, rosters, check-ins and timesheet logs, using the key holder's role permissions. Crews clock on and off in Telegram; humans approve timesheets. What your assistant can do: list sites; add or update crew; assign people to sites; import a roster draft; compare roster vs actual; check someone in or out; pull a crew member's log; export approved timesheets as CSV.
