1. get_mental_health_benchmark
Fetches CDC PLACES frequent mental distress (FMD) data for a ZIP code or county FIPS.
Returns scope, values, optional national percentile rank, and marketing copy.
2. get_sector_snapshot
Provides a sector-level snapshot over a selected time window.
Returns total institutions with responses, total responses, and average wellness score.
3. get_basic_alert_guidance
Delivers default alert thresholds based on organization size and location type.
4. get_institution_snapshot
Gives an institution-level overview within a time window.
Returns counts, average wellness score, and last response timestamp.
5. get_institution_trend_daily
Returns a daily time series of wellness data.
Includes day-wise average wellness scores and response counts.

Compares the last 7 days with the previous 7 days.
Returns percentage drop and an alert flag indicating potential risk.
