# Sporfie MCP - `close_event` ends a running event now and keeps it; `delete_event` and `delete_moment` are permanent. Prefer closing, and do not repeat a close: it moves the end time again. - Confirm with the user before any destructive call: `update_event`, `close_event`, `delete_event`, `update_moment`, `delete_moment`, `watch_event`, `unwatch_event`. `watch_event` also sends event data to a URL, so check the URL. - Timestamps are epoch milliseconds (UTC), not seconds. - Event keys, moment keys and external IDs are letters, digits, `-` and `_` only. Pass them exactly as Sporfie returned them. - Before `create_event`, run `search_events` for the company (`future`, `current`, `past`) and reuse a matching event. `external_id` is your own stable ID for it. - Take company and place keys from `list_places`, and sports from `list_sports`. Do not guess them. - Never ask for, print or store an API token. Cursor signs the user in, or sends the token header itself. - A failed call is a tool error: show its status and message. Quote a "Reference" id when there is one, and retry after a few seconds if the server is busy. For how-to questions, use `search_help_center` first.
