3 skills

mochi-prep

Get ready for an upcoming meeting using what was said in earlier ones. Use when someone has a call coming up or asks to be briefed before one.

# mochi-prep 1. Find the meeting. If the person doesn't say which, `list_upcoming_meetings` shows their calendar and booked calls for the coming days. 2. Look back. Search `query_mochi_meetings` for the attendees' names and the topic, and read the last two or three related meetings with `get_meetings`. 3. Check the repo if the meeting is about the code: what shipped since the last call, and what's still open. Give a brief they can read in two minutes: - Where things stood after the last conversation - Open questions and promised follow-ups, and whether they look done - What changed since then - One or two things worth raising

mochi-check

Compare the current work with what was agreed in meetings before it goes out. Use when someone wants to be sure a PR, spec or plan matches the team's decisions.

# mochi-check Work out what the change is about from the diff or the document, then find the meetings behind it with `query_mochi_meetings` and `get_meetings`. Report in three short lists, each item with the meeting and date it comes from: - **Matches**: what the work does as agreed. - **Missing**: what was agreed and isn't there yet. - **Not discussed**: what the work adds that no meeting mentions. It may be fine; a reviewer should know.

mochi-recall

Answer "what did we decide about X" from the person's Mochi meetings. Use when someone asks about a past discussion, a decision, or who said what.

# mochi-recall Find the answer in Mochi and give it back short enough to use mid-task. 1. Search with `query_mochi_meetings` using the few words that matter. Try a second phrasing if the first finds nothing. 2. For "last week", "in August" and the like, use `list_meetings` with `from` and `to`. 3. Read the best one to three matches with `get_meetings`. Answer with the decision itself, then the meeting title, date and the people in it. If the topic came up more than once, say whether the decision held or changed. For the exact wording of a booked call, use `get_meeting_transcript`. If Mochi has nothing on it, say so; don't fill the gap with a guess.
