# Cinch UI Labels
When writing user-facing text about Cinch tasks and projects:
- Task status: `TODO` → **Todo**, `IN_PROGRESS` → **In Progress**, `IN_REVIEW` → **In Review** (Title Case, not raw enums)
- Section dividers: `kind: DIVIDER` → **Section Divider**. Never show the raw `DIVIDER` value. A section divider is not a parent task
- Project names: prefer the project `name`; never show raw keys like `STANDUP` or `ER` in badges or summaries
- Section headings and card titles: Title Case (`Recent Tasks`, not `Recent tasks`)
- Do not use `.replace('_', ' ')` on status strings — it leaves ALL CAPS and only replaces the first underscore
When calling Cinch MCP tools, use API enum values (`TODO`, `IN_PROGRESS`, etc.) in tool arguments. Apply Title Case only in messages shown to the user.
